Trow played a leading role in the design and construction of the 1250 km pipeline across the Gulf of Mexico and through Florida. Trow has worked closely with the industry to develop cost effective and long term solutions to minimize the potential for any environmental impacts associated with pipeline activities.  This has been accomplished by combining the knowledge of pipeline construction and operating requirements with our vast technical expertise.  In addition to routine pipeline design services, Trow has developed creative routing solutions, water and wetland crossing techniques, and assessment and monitoring procedures.  We are known for our extensive research and development work in the assessment of sediment transport resulting from in-stream excavations.  The results of this work are often used to determine the most cost effective crossing technique, which is compatible with the environmental and construction related aspects of a particular crossing.
