Reverse Osmosis Systems for High Purity Water Applications

240 Series reverse osmosis systems produce from 5 to 20 gpm of high-purity water.

With a pre-engineered design for fast delivery and installation, the 240 Series reverse osmosis (RO) systems remove:

  • Membrane salt rejection 99% nominal
  • Up to 98% of dissolved inorganics
  • Over 95% of total dissolved organics
  • All colloidal and suspended matter larger than 0.05 micron

The membrane’s salt rejection is 99% nominal and the flexible design can accommodate virtually all TFC (thin film composite) 4" spiral wound RO membranes to suit your application.

Features and Benefits

Some of the other features and benefits of the 240 Series reverse osmosis systems include:

  • 5-micron filtration is included to protect the membranes
  • 304L stainless steel pumps and piping resist corrosion
  • Sample valves on the feed provide an easy mechanism to test water quality and guarantee system performance
  • UL Rated enclosure ensures quality and reliability
  • Optional pH monitor, alarm beacon and high pump discharge pressure switch allow for more intricate process control and monitoring
